Guild Wars 2

Hey there

I’m looking for a semi-hardcore raiding guild that clears all 3 current wings weekly and wants to do the same for any future wing.
Currently, I only have 30 LI and have yet to kill Matthias, KC and Xera. Problem is, when I started rainding I was already a hundred LI behind the rest and therefor had a hard time finding runs.
I know every boss either from killing them or watching various guides, speedkills etc. When it comes to my own play im quite the perfectionist. I train all my classes on the dps golems every day, always go for best in slot gear and even watch my own recordings to learn from my mistakes…as you can see I really want to get better and start clearing all 3 wings, if possible even as fast as possible and in lowmans.
My main class is ele which I have fully geared and know all rotas inside out (staff on golem over 41k dps, d/w around 34k). Other that, I also have a fully ascended condie engie, a chrono (the gear isnt up to date yet) and Im close to finishing a ps warrior.
I can play almost every day from 9pm-11/12pm est +1 and on tuesday the entire day.
I have a mic, can use ts and can fluently speak english and german.

Im 17 years old and from switzerland.
I have been playing a lot of wvw lately and now i really wont to get into a strong guild that organises raids as well as gvgs. I can play almost every day and between 1-4 houers. My main is a lvl 80 elementalist with ascended trinkets and weapons ( will go for armor too). Im currently on Fort Ranick but i can transfer wherever needed.
