I was stuck on 4/5 for Vorpp’s Portal Invasion Closer and 4/13 for Invasion Canceler since the start of this patch until today. In the maps I knew I hadn’t done yet I made sure to at least complete 1 of the Scarlett minion event in each of the 3 Waves and I also made sure to never be in an overflow during these. I was able to get from 4/13 to 13/13 today just by following those 2 rules.
The maps also seemed to go on 1 continuous rotation today (except for repeats of maybe a couple of maps). If you’re ever stuck in an overflow, try to look for someone in your guild who is on the same map as you and join their party to get out of the overflow.
