Totally confused…Since I have NEVER been able to log into the game, maybe I am missing something there Parvati.5780…. Are you saying that there is a different PW or ID for one’s Account and for login to game????

Thanks for suggestion Parvati… Been using my display name when trying to log in, but to no avail… This maybe one of those issues where I have do a reinstall and start process over, but I want to hear back from Support befor I take that step.

I have this same issue… Just bought the game and have never been able to long into game… Login to account or forums no problem, but login to game gives the Error Msg. and I have tried several password changes and “account verification”.. Have Email contact with Support, but they keep telling be to change password or try login again.. And yes, my CAPS are off
