Does anyone know how to reach this Vista point? In Divinity’s Reach, near the Grenth Waypoint, in the Graveyard, on the roof.

I’d like to grab this before the servers go down for tonight.

Just bought the game two days ago, only got to play to level 4, and I’m already getting the 7:11:3:189:101 Error.
It’s making the game unplayable. Which is such a shame because I already fell in love with the game.
If someone, anyone, can help me figure out the problem I’d love to spare no expense fixing this issue.
