If you want your skeleton to look like it’s playing the guitar, then yes. They’d have to make new animations for every potion/instrument combination in the game (unless they only make it only for humanoid forms, which is a bit more reasonable).
I don’t know how easy that would be, but I’m assuming it’s too hard for something as unimportant as this.

To be entirely honest the only point is to have humanoid tonics have this. The glow in the dark skeleton already has human animations (as evident by the same dance and run) so it wouldn’t be any work at all

Honestly

I recently got my hands on the Charr inspired Bass Guitar item from the gem store and the one thing I wanted to do was transform into a glow in the dark skeleton and play Spooky Scary Skeletons so I can spook people.

Is this too much to ask for?
