My ticket was closed again, and in your above post you said it was resolved, yet none of the support reps have read my ticket…. wtf is wrong with you people.
MY GW 1 ACCOUNT IS NOT LINKED TO MY GW2 ACCOUNT, please stop closing the ticket and saying it is.
I’m really not sure what could possible be resolved by posting this info here, but as requested…

So my ticket has been closed multiple times, and I’ve continually only received responses from people, who claim they’re human, but they didn’t ACTUALLY read the ticket.
I submitted a ticket and had it closed multiple times by staff, because they assumed I needed help with ‘linking’ my GW1 account to my GW2 account. I don’t need help linking my account. It was already linked. For some reason, my linked account changed from my @plaync (GW1) account, to my current E-Mail (GW2 account). How hard is that to understand? I’m really disappointed in the level of automated responses, and the lack of real world responses. Did Arena Net really take a vacation? I’ve heard it said that Blizzard support is worse…. at this point, I don’t believe it.
So I posted about my issue day one; and still haven’t heard a valid response back. I got my first automated response telling me ‘how’ to link my account, and my second response telling me that ’I’ve outline how to link your accounts in the above post’.
It’s quite sad. My issue isn’t HOW to link the accounts it’s the fact that it CHANGED when my E-Mail address was updated.
I linked my original plaync account back at the beginning of beta. Then AN posted a notice about how you can now ‘change your email address’. So I changed my E-Mail address; but guess what! My linked-account E-Mail automatically changed as well….
My problem isn’t HOW to link my accounts; it’s that your update tool also updated my linked account E-Mail.
