Staff #2 ability heals all that are in the area when the mark is activated. I keep my minions alive with it (when I’m running MM).

My GW1 account still isn’t linked to my GW2 account.

$150 for collectors
$140 for gem purchases….

Can someone, AN, direct me to the refund department if you guys don’t want to fix this?

My ticket was closed again, and in your above post you said it was resolved, yet none of the support reps have read my ticket…. wtf is wrong with you people.

MY GW 1 ACCOUNT IS NOT LINKED TO MY GW2 ACCOUNT, please stop closing the ticket and saying it is.

Account was Linked during BETA - but then broke when E-Mail tool was updated....

So my ticket has been closed multiple times, and I’ve continually only received responses from people, who claim they’re human, but they didn’t ACTUALLY read the ticket.

  1. I linked my accounts. My original account was a @plaync address. During all phases of the BETA, my accounts were fine and showed up every time. I logged in using the @plaync credentials.
  2. AN released a tool that let users update their E-Mail/Usernames on the account. From my understanding this had nothing to do with the linked account, just the username. I changed my username to my account. My linked account still showed @plaync
  3. Days before launch, my linked account changed from my @plaync address, to my current E-Mail, WHICH IS NOT A GW1 Account!

I submitted a ticket and had it closed multiple times by staff, because they assumed I needed help with ‘linking’ my GW1 account to my GW2 account. I don’t need help linking my account. It was already linked. For some reason, my linked account changed from my @plaync (GW1) account, to my current E-Mail (GW2 account). How hard is that to understand? I’m really disappointed in the level of automated responses, and the lack of real world responses. Did Arena Net really take a vacation? I’ve heard it said that Blizzard support is worse…. at this point, I don’t believe it.

So I posted about my issue day one; and still haven’t heard a valid response back. I got my first automated response telling me ‘how’ to link my account, and my second response telling me that ’I’ve outline how to link your accounts in the above post’.

It’s quite sad. My issue isn’t HOW to link the accounts it’s the fact that it CHANGED when my E-Mail address was updated.

I linked my original plaync account back at the beginning of beta. Then AN posted a notice about how you can now ‘change your email address’. So I changed my E-Mail address; but guess what! My linked-account E-Mail automatically changed as well….

My problem isn’t HOW to link my accounts; it’s that your update tool also updated my linked account E-Mail.
