did you try pressing ESC in game, go to support, report a bug.. then UI or Mail subcategory.. and put a message there?
The game has far more serious issues than this.. I’m pretty sure Arenanet doesn’t even count this as an issue at all. Doesn’t affect gameplay in any way. Expect support within 2 years.
