I submitted a ticket over a week and a half ago about the fact that my miniature rytlock that comes with my account due to pre-purchasing the deluxe Guild Wars 2 was only given to one character. I deleted and remade that character and the miniature rytlock was deleted along with it. I assumed that the miniature was account bound.
I got a response to my ticket basically saying that it’s happening to everyone and that they are going to fix it eventually and to keep an eye out for when the forums are up.
Well, here I am 10 days later (the ticket was sent on August 25th) and nothing has been done. I’ve only waited this long because the game was just released and there were a lot more serious issues with the game that needed to be dealt with.
However, it’s now been 10 days and I’m really disappointed that this simple bug has not been fixed or even looked into. I have not received anything from Guild Wars 2 representatives.
