Shoulders: Heavy Aurora Pauldrons of Melandru – Exotic Karma heavy shoulders from the temple of Melandru
Chest: Berserker’s Draconic Coat – Crafted exotic heavy armor
I don’t think the chest piece has an issue, it looks as though the pauldrons are simply set way to close to the shoulders, unlike most pieces which hover several inches from the character model. This pair of pauldrons seem to be right up against the player model. The clipping problem is only noticeable when the player is standing still.
