In today’s 2 chests I got 1 green and 2 of the normal mob bags with cloth scraps in /yay
It’s not an account issue, there are 2 more acts to go. 3/4 is all you should have.
Spent 2hrs in there today and got nothing but junk, 0 rare & 0 exotic. It’s like Trick or treating and coming home with monkeynut’s and fruit.
So today I was selling an item for 45G , the listing fee was 2g 50s. Why do I only get 40G when it sells? What is the 5G lost for, some sort of selling tax? As I don’t see this mentioned anywhere on the Trading Company.
As 7g 50s lost seem’s an awful lot.

Aww man I’m getting seriously tired! Trying to fight it as I don’t want to miss the event opening in case it’s amazing. Would suck to have to watch it on youtube because it was so late for the Euro Zone. Would really love it, if events in the future could maybe be just 1 or 2 hrs earlier. I get grumpy with lack of sleep :P
From what I understand the Acts 1-4 that they mentioned are going on for a few days at a time so I don’t think you’ll miss any of the timely stuff. Aside from the Acts, the rest of it will be going on all week.
Then I give in and bed time it is Night Folks :P

I wonder if people will ever realize that the best way to get support is just to submit a ticket and wait your turn. I’m sure its frustrating to have to wait when your account has been hacked but really you need to give them time. Ranting and swearing at Arena Net just makes you look stupid and rude. Also if your account is compromised, scanning your computer isn’t enough these days, just re-install then you know 100% there is no longer anything malicious on your computer. Also there are the Phone authenticators or buy an Oath Key-fob and set it up on your account.

Quick Notes: 35+ Members with a family like atmosphere, been together through many games and hope to find some like minded people who are looking for the same.
I never asked anyone to use a new e-mail address for each game. It’s just what I do.
There is a roll back feature in the works as well as an authenticator. I still feel that if this was a security issue on Arena Net’s end there would be a much higher % of the game population hacked. I’m not saying their security couldn’t be beefed up, just that as some posts are saying that they have an issue with their security letting players be hacked. I setup a new email for each game I play which then has a unique password (they need to create less games I’m up to 13 e-mail accounts) So far I only ever received one email to verify my home location for logging in and that’s it. So I believe that the vast majority are re-using email address’s and passwords, I’m not saying this is the case for your issue just for a lot of others. My own sister always uses the same password for everything despite my various attempts to stop her. Anyway this is all my opinion mind you and I’m sure there are many different ones out there.
A Roll back feature is in the works so soon any hacked account’s (not sure is if it will only be for those hacked after it’s released) will get there items back. I also believe that if the issue was on Arena Net’s side a lot more people would of been hacked and its only a relatively small % of the game population that has had any issue. I don’t know a single person who has been, this is just my opinion ofc.

Hahaha, u guys are funny. Its not just this – we have influence points lost, game down time, trading post not working, dungoens unable to enter, WvW inaccessible, items going missing, server crashing. And I’m supposed to accpet that for 2 days – will be three tomorrow, I just cant play or lead or guild? And they cant even tell me if its a perma ban? Got no idea?
If you thinks thats acceptable? I should just wait 5 days and see!
Haha no thanks – this game is not fit for purpose and they are in breach of contract. Enough is enough.
Well if 2 days is your limit, then I guess that’s it. GL and all that.

Once is WoW My character hit a bugged area of Eastern Plaguelands, the second I logged into the character is would start falling through the world. It took 11days to get a GM to HS my character for me so I could log it on. I can tell you right now I was p***** off and in the end they were very apologetic that it took so long, but I didn’t care because I was angry but over the past 6 years I have learned that I am not the only gamer who has issues and I have to wait my turn.

Its only been 2 days? That’s not that long to wait for getting a response.
I agree with Oddzball on his first point. I think waiting 2 days then demanding a refund is a little rash. Due to the amount of tickets right now I believe the average wait time is 5 days.
Just be patient they will get to you. I know its hard to be patient but they will help you as soon as they can.
TBH in the end if it helps make hacking someone’s account that little bit harder or makes someone think that P@ssw0rd is not a very good password after all then it’s done its purpose. I think this issue is being far to over thought. No-one ever said in the article that making your password stronger would save the day only that it would be less likely to end in doom.
