Outfit Bundles... Please Split them up.

Adding to this topic. It is completely ridiculous that the bundle is the only option to buy these skins. I don’t even consider buying them since the bundles cost 2000 gems. It’s not worth it to me to pay that much money up front for anything. What’s sillier is that I would probably pay more than that over time for most of the items in that bundle.

Bundles should be a bonus, not the base.

I also agree with the sentiments that we need more armor skins. Some people would rather customize their look, via mixing and matching armor skins (and dealing with any clipping that happens – it is understood that clipping happens when mixing and matching). I personally find it uninteresting to use pre-made outfits, since in the end that does nothing for my actual customization.

I am getting dialogue sound bugs in personal story missions. I was unable to hear Trahearne’s Cutscene Dialogue on the “What the Eye Beholds” for most of his lines and also can’t hear the Charr and Agent Zott’s dialogue in the “Stealing Light” initial cutscene (I didn’t play further to see if this happened elsewhere).

Give existing players 1600 gems

I’ve been thinking that this is the best option. Especially since not all existing players need that extra slot, so they can use it for additional storage space or costumes or whatever. In my opinion the 1600 gems should just replace the GW2 Core on existing accounts for all preorder tiers (including the $100 tier).

This is exactly the issue on the veteran player side.

The new players gain something extra for the price, where the veteran players (term used loosely because it can mean a player who had the game since release like myself, or a player who had the game for 3 months like others I have gotten to join) don’t.

The other problem I have is with the way the expansion is being offered, in that it completely replaces the core game. This causes an issue for players who may want to get into Guild Wars 2 but will not be sure that they want to buy the expansion, especially when many players were waiting for a $10 sale to try out the game.

Note, the emphasis is on the words “try out,” not everybody is willing to drop $50 for something they may or may not enjoy.
