I cannot drag and drop anything in my inventory nor my bank inventory. I can double click the items but I would like to be able to organize them. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Edited to add: I can drag and drop things in other games.

I was wanting to buy something but I cannot access any of the tabs in the trading post.
