Telemin is asking for a place that will generate server identity; where even the smallest of servers had a more face-to-face community amongst their original inhabitants. Sure it means ‘empty’ maps again.. but only for that particular place so we can all talk to our neighbors again..
Megaservers created a populous and annoying map chat; its like I am choking on city smog and cannot listen to my latest iPod tunes without turning the volume up; yes i can turn map chat off but what it does not fix is the “who is that person, is that from my server?”
Personally I have the lowest character model limit setting and most people that pops up around me are not even from my server.. I do not want to follow every person that is from my server just to know if they are online and want to talk (cause to me all that matters is on my friends list) but.. wait what was I talking about again?

tl;dr +1 to Telemin’s idea. Maybe give Megaservers a few more years to kink out and maybe I will not have to deal with it since I will not be here and have moved on to the next best thing namely newly polished doorknobs and sweet, sweet flan.
