i was trying different traits and the radius of the mark [smaller] lead me to think it was bugged. works fine so

1st pic – mark of blood regen from staff does not work
2nd pic – regeneration works with “mark of blood- dodge”
3rd pic – mark of blood [staff] regen now works

I just have noticed this, not sure if mark of blood “regeneration” behaved like this before april patch
Changing traits [staff mastery, increased marks,] does not lead to any substantial change
Mark of blood regeneration does NOT work, both with full or low health, the regeneration boon does not apply on the caster.
UNLESS i trait with “leave mark of blood on dodge” , dodge and THEN apply the original mark of blood from staff.
Bleeding seems fine, but regeneration not.
