hi Gaile, i would like to figure out something. my account was hacked. he change me posswords of my account and email which make me not able to find my account back. my ticket was 130728-000943. i asked to change me account. thank you very much for doing that to make the account to the real holder. what make me feel sorry is that my character got nothing on it even a cloth when i back to the game. kitten hacker. when i ask to restore my items, you said it was unauthorised accessed in and rejected to do it. i really feel ridiculous. now that you have admitted that i am the account holder, and change my account to the new one. why cant you restore my items? do you think i direct it myself? i dont really care about the worthless items. i just want to get my rights. i dont like to be rejected. thanks
