I hate the fact that to finish world completion you have to go through WvW I never go in there cause its a free for all with people just beating on others to bully them like PvP….A Game is not gun when people just bully each other for no reason and with PvP and WvW in MMO like games that’s all they are and now QW2 forces people to go in and play the Massive bullying game that is WvW just to get world Completion. After I finish the PvE I think I won’t even think about world completion cause I refuse to be bullied in game when I try and get the things I need to complete the Maps. Bad Idea Anet Bad bad idea.

I am not showing hatred for it I just do not get it…even after all the posts I would not be able to RP in a MMO cause of the on going events the same things over and over and over. Trying to make a story up or play off a story that repeats itself every few minutes to every hour just seems like it might be repetitive and I just would get bored real fast. Standing around chatting ICly seems more like a waste of time then to act something out that might be different everyday. Only thing I could think of is RPing out the living story and making it take upto the 2 weeks it takes them to put out something else. But to fight the same events with the Risen or the same bosses over and over after rping killing them more then 5 times already would be very boring. So maybe I am not getting it. I have RPed for over 20 something years…but it was in a situation that we made up we played our characters in situations and scenes that changed daily nothing was the same so maybe I am set in my D&D and online text chat RP ways cause there just is no way to RP in my opinion with tons of people with the same thing occurring over and over the scene would have to change in some way. and its not hatred just straight out confusion and misunderstanding of how someone can actually like RPing in a place that stays the same day in and day out. Nothing new goes on its the same events and such all the time so how would you explain viable RP that you do everyday over and over.

I got a Whisper from a friend on my list about RPing in the Straights of Devastation. I have always been confused on how to RP in a MMO so I turned him down and said I am not sure how to RP in a MMO GAME.

So tell me how does one RP in a game where everything is repetitive….the events the hearts the vista’s the poi’s Map completion its all the same on every name every few hours or minutes so how can you RP without repeating the RP over and over and over and over. It would get very very very boring after a while. How would you go about RPing out getting a Vista or a PoI How would you RP doing a event more then once. Its just not exactly productive in a MMO to RP when everything is the same every day…there would be NO new RP. After a week the RP would be over. Just saying I just don’t understand how it would be done and would never even attempt it in a MMO.

will have to try it next month being that I wasted most of my data for the month attempting to get it to work lol. Hopefully it does not mess up again in the mean time.

I’ll stick to RP in places like Second Life or other 3D chats I would horribly fail at RPing in a MMO. It would be to hard to create my character around a story I did not create myself. It would be like playing out My character in someone elses book and I would rather not be forced into a script I like to do what I want with my character and not be pushed into events and such in a already structured and story laid out game.

I read these forums and listen to everyone talk in wvw and I am so lost on abbreviations there is no page that tells what they are…I have got to be the most confused person running around wvw going. “WTF does that mean what do I do how do I do that?” lol

Elementalists are a bit nerfed to be honest. Specially when you go into a lower level area and our levels are jacked down at least 5-10 levels making us way weaker then everyone else. But thats just My opinion. In a sense they are forcing us to have to work with groups and guilds doing away with the idea of a solo player. Its one of those hits and misses when you play a place that makes an Elementalist nothing more then a Stage magician. lol

Do them still gives me nothing 26 exp- about 126 exp which is little to nothing to a level 44 or higher.

Hard to make gold if you cannot defeat a Dungeons and it takes a whole guild to even do them. Tried one the other day suppose to be in a level 1-15 area and the place was all level 50 creature and swarmed you not easy. I am not the type of person that parties up with over 15 people just to win a Dungeon I do not know people other then my wife and I will not play with people I do not know since everyone I had tried to party with has been rude and pushy.

Alot of the changes have officially made the game unplayable…..The main one Trait points. My character sucks now due to the change and not being able to have all of our points and only have a few. My level 51 only has 4 points and when I place them he sucks hardcore. Its officially made my characters weaker then the lowest of foes on any map….there will be no completing even the easiest of maps the way it is now.

Last Dungeon I did was impossible to get through. So if the reward is good at the end then its a good reason. I have never been able to get through one. Maybe cause I won’t run with anyone but my wife cause everyone else just takes all the loot before I can actually get to it. I can’t stay on my feet long enough and not a soul helps other players out they just run off do what they want and leave people behind. So that just adds to the things i do not do in game…added to the list with WvW PvP and joining any other guilds other then my own that only has myself and my wife and two of our friends that do not play no more.

Well there are alot of people who think its just annoying and turning all that stuff off just creates something else annoying like oh your toon doing nothing at all. I am just going to sit out of this for a few days play another game if its like this for a year then I guess I get to play my PS4 for a year. lol and everytime they do something this stupid I will do the same thing. If you do not like something in the game the best thing to do is just not play…soon as the player base stops coming in during a stupid event maybe they will think harder about what they do.
