Guild Wars 2

For some reason whenever i try to delete this bs toon I made it won’t let me because the name it shows has a lower case first letter but they want the names first letter caps to be able to delete it. what do i do

Okay so recently i made like a bs toon just to check out a races starting area and quests, I’m new like 4 days old new to this game, and when I go to delete the toon, the name in the box is lower case but my toons first letter in the name is upper case, so it won’t let me delete the toon even if i type the name in. anyone have any clue how to fix this lol
