will the sale on the black lion keys still be available when gem cards are able to be redeemed i have been siting on my card all day waiting no rush i just want to make sure i can buy it on sale

this is something i want and i cant wait for it to be added to guildwars 2

i just wanted to see if other people would like to see this added to the games aswell an equip slot for mini’s have a toggle like you do for town cloths this way it dos not take a slot in your inventory and u dont deposit it into bank when u hit deposit collectables now im not saying here lets put 5 minis on you only one this is something i wanted since guildwars 1 when i got my 1st mini i use to have it with me all day when out adventuring so what dos every one thing including arena i understand its miner and probably wont get it but id like to know what every one thinks
