Chapter 5, glided to scout acan, he will not speak to me, several other players followed and he did not speak to them either, tried logging and relogging to no avail

Its great that fractals and the living story are getting so much love. You can get legendary precursors from both segments.

What about WvW? We get one new map?

What about all the people that just do WvW?

How is a person that just plays WvW to obtain such love?

and yes there are a large percentage of us that just play WvW.

I bought items on the black lion trading post with gems. I purchased 5 Kite fortunes then 25 kite fortunes and did not receive any.

Thank you for your timely response. I am unable to login to the support account because I do not have the active password for the account. I can not find any response e-mail in any section of his e-mail.

The last e-mail I have is from us to ya’ll. If you could resend another e-mail I would appreciate it.

I have adjusted security measures on his account from a different computer.

To whom it may concern,

My son is unable to access his account and has not had any response to e-mail for over a month.

last dated e-mail was Date: Sun, 24 Mar 2013 17:57:05 -0500

there is no contact phone number to call, so I am unable to do so to resolve this issue.

He can’t login anywhere, so he can’t post a question on this forum.

I am unable to find any phone number for customer service so I can’t address this issue.
