.JPS is what my game saved as a 3D screenshot when I took one. I can take normal .jpeg screen shots with the print screen button.

This is what i think it is. And I may be completely wrong. But, I think when you only see the ID.xxxx that means it’s whomever is logged into to the launcher (or at the character select screen)is not on a character. The reason I think this is. One day my cousin and I were about to play this. I was finishing up a show on netflix and I told him to give me a few minutes to finish this. A couple minutes later he asked if I was logged on, and I told him I was logged on to the launcher. He replied that I was online. I exited the launcher and he told me I went offline. Happened a couple of other times. One is a time that I was at the character select screen but I was alt tabbed out.

Hi Xenolith. The email authenticating your login from a different IP is the only one that I know of.

Hi Koffein. Have you tried running TS as admin? Right clicking TS and going to Run as Admin? Just throwing my 2 cents in. I’ve had a couple of games do this.

Hello all! I am just wondering if my email is authenticated? I authenticated it when Anet first implemented the feature. Should I create a ticket and ask that way? I wasn’t sure if this warranted a ticket, as it seems Customer Support is kind of swamped.

They’ve disabled changing your email for the time being. You could open a ticket to support, maybe they can change it for you, not sure though. But you will probably be waiting a while for a response. Compromised accounts have priority at the moment.

Also, I don’t think there is a way to change your name. At least I haven’t see a way.

I’m having the same problem. I’m able to change my password but account name/email isn’t changing.
