Are 11 and 8 days enough for you to take care about my ticket? You contacted me once. When you wanted me to pay for yours game. But now when i got a problem, where are you guys, and what are you doing? Please take care of it. Im already angry

Hello. First of all, my account was hacked on september 21st. I’ve came back home from a trip on Last saturday (7.10.12r). This day, i checked my email, and i found message from staff, that someone logged onto my account. I tried to log in, but the password was changed so i restored it. I thought it was fine, but after short time, i got banned. I didn’t receive any mail including reason of ban etc. The account just says im permamently banned. My question is, can you investigate this case?
Ps. Im writing here, since neither tickest, nor contatcing staff didn’t help (no responses at all)

@EndlessDreamer – my tickest are 1 week and 4 days old. I don’t even know my tickets number since i can’t log into my support account – no name of it, and i can’t get it because my acc is terminated.
So what am i suposed to do in this case?
