The mentioned in the interview on twitch that they would use the level up system like they do in WvW. I’m pretty sure this new content update will be accessible to all.

I finally got my items! Thank you Guild Wars 2 Support! It took longer than I would have liked, but you pulled through and ultimately that’s all that matters.
Missing Digital Delux Edition Items [Incident:120927-000538]
I have not yet received my items:

A stat cap makes sense, but I can’t help but feel that there is some balancing issues.
For example if I am in the Azura starting area and lowered to lets say level 3, I have little issue with 3-4 enemies, but if I move to another party of the zone where I am now level 10, all of a sudden 3-4 enemies becomes a lot more dangerous. Maybe its just me but maybe the stat cap needs a bit of tweeking.
Well it makes sense in that they want people to ease into the difficulty of the game. So a lv 3 mob would pose no threat as opposed to a lv10.
I submitted a ticket for this on day 1 during the early access.

We are aware of the issue with Collector?s Edition/Digital Deluxe Edition items going missing after deleting a character that had them. It has happened to many of us, too. -_- A fix is coming as soon as possible, so please stay tuned to the Guild Wars 2 forums () once the forums re-open for updates!
