“31 July I was killing mobs in SouthSun. I have disconnected a lot because of my router, which is bad. I disconnected one more time and the gw2 process crashed. I relogged to the game and got the “You account is blocked for using bot software…” message. I wrote the ticket ?130731-000792. Technical support told me me that i was banned “for using an illegal third-party program”.
I have a Logitech G13 keyboard and a a4tech x7 mouse with software downloaded from an official website. And i do have installed software for streaming purposes: Xsplit, Dxtory, Open Broadcast Software with licenses bought where necessary. Maybe something from this list caused my account to get banned?
I played them account since CBT, i have 3 chars 80 lvl, and i pay gem from my credit cart many times. My friend say me, what this location – most popular place for using bot. I think my account has been banned in error, during the “cleansing”.
I kindly ask you to review this ticked and take into account what is written above. Thanks."

+1, It would be great to see the Cyrillic at least for guild, party, squad and whisper chat.
