On your post for the Nov 10th update of the ticket status it says that my ticket is “under review”
But in your most recent update for Nov 14th and 15th my ticket isn’t even on the list.
It has been well over a week since I was banned and submitted a ticket, please look into this as it is getting increasingly frustrating as I have provided all the information that the support team has requested yet no answer, no reply.

It’s been 1 week since I was banned and submitted my ticket. After a few back and forth e-mails where I gave the support team information they requested they said that my ticket would be “escalated for further review” I have yet to hear back from anyone. Please look into this and resolve it as I am looking forward to enjoying the new content this weekend.
