The pants are called nobleman’s legguards. You can obtain them by doing the dungeon Caudecus’s Manor.
Ah, thank you very much. I wasn’t sure because the ragged cloth part seems wider in your picture than in still shots of it so I didn’t really see it as Caudecus armor.
Again your warrior looks very nice and unique at least from what I’ve seen.

You can continue past the chest of the puzzle to a Champion which gaurds another chest. I was all alone at the end though so i just feared the champion to open the chest.
