Guild Wars 2

I’ve looked through some of the pages and couldn’t see anything like this mentioned, so I apologise if this is a duplicate thread.

I’m an avid RPer, and joined this game partly because it looked amazing and partly because a friend recommended the RP on here, saying it’s great.

And it has been great, although there has been one issue in my eyes for the customisation of characters.

Which is armour. It surprises me that a warrior able to wield hefty chainmail armour cannot wear a light armour top, or a medium classified pair of boots. That we are just limited to our type of armour and that is it!

SO!

I put forth the suggestion that…

~ Heavy armour users should be able to equip heavy, medium, and light
~ Medium armour users can equip medium and light
~ Light armour users equip light

It’d be a bit of a thumbs up for the RP community in the game, and I know there is a fair bit of it going on. It can also cater to non-RPers as they may just want to wear certain looks armour to be a total boss

Obviously this isn’t a top priorty thing, but maybe something to consider.
