Please forgive if my english is not really good sometimes in the text, it’s not my mother language. So, i like the new AC very much, and i like the idea that you need teamwork for the bosses down in AC. I’m hoping for similar revamps for the other dungeons, and i wanna share some ideas for the bosses in Caudecus’s Manor P1. The key for these new ideas that you need teamwork instead of dps. Here are my ideas:

Path 1

Seamus
- First of all, please add loot or chest to the fight
- Keep his Shotgun attack
- Keep the turrets in the room where he stands (make them hit harder), and make him stand in one place, remove the middle column from the room
- Seamus is surrounded with a Magnetic Aura, what makes him invulnerable. There are two rooms at the corridor, where you can find mines. Players have to place mines next to Seamus to bring down the Magnetic Aura, so the group can damage him
- If you try to bring a mine to Seamus, he will knock you back with the Shotgun attack. In this case, you’ll lose the mine from your hands. However, there are Discarded Rifles in the room. The rifles can give the mineplacers a reflective shield, what prevents the knockback effect, so they can place the mines succesfully. Other players have to shoot the mineplacers with the rifle to give this shield to them. Stability will also works.

Morgan
- Keep his AoE grenade attack, but lower the damage from it and add Burning instead of Vulnerability
- Add a debuff named „Covered with gunpowder” to his attacks. Only one or two player can receive this debuff at one time. When active, the damage from Burning is increased by 5-10 (not sure about which value is more balanced, maybe 5) percent. When it expires (20, maybe 25 sec), the player explodes, and instantly downed. Normal condition removal will not remove the debuff.
- Place „Barrel full of water” objects inside the barn. Place some buckets next to them. When someone receives the debuff, players have to get a bucket and fill it with water from the barrels. Run next to the other player who has the debuff, and „wash the gunpowder down from them”. This removes the debuff. Similar when you have to wake up drunks with a bucket of water in some norn taverns.

Victoria
- Keep her Death Blossom
- Remove her stealth attack
- She will make the cave pitch black at every 20% of her health. You are blinded constantly, and Victoria teleports around periodically between party members and stabs them with massive damage.
- Place 5 „Bandit Candles” in the cave. They are visible in the darkness, and you have to lit them up to make the darkness go away, making Victoria visible again. However, if you lit one up, you’ll get a debuff „Waxy Hands”, which means you cannot lit another one (so one player cannot do it alone). The debuff only appears if you succesfully lit one candle. When all candles are ignited, the debuffs will vanish from the party members. The candle ingiting process is similar to the CoF P3 torch event.

Frost
- I like his chilly cannon attack, please keep it
- Remove the rocket turrets, and place 5 asuran turrets named „Golem Reprogramming Matrix”.
- Frost will receive a buff named „Ice Sanctuary” at every 20% of his health. This buff will apply chill every 7 seconds on party members, and you cannot harm him while he has it. You have to strip this buff off from Frost to do damage again on him.
- Add 2 more golems to the area. Separate the golems, do not place them in one bunch. Place the asuran turrets near to the golems
- When Frost receives the buff, 4 golems will activate. Traffa will mount one matrix turret, and she will try to reprogram the not activated golem to strip Ice Sanctuary from Frost. You have to protect Traffa from the other 4 golems. If she completes the process (it has a 30 sec activation window), the reprogrammed golem will rush to Frost and sacrifices itself to strip the buff from him. The rest of the golems will position themselves near to the asuran turrets again and deactivate. You do minimal damage to the hostile golems, but it’s enough to maintain aggro, you just have to kite them away from Traffa while defending.
- Golems do 15% more damage to players with Chill condition. Traffa cannot receive Chill condition.

Well, these are my ideas for CM path 1 bosses, and also, my first post on the forums. I have some ideas for the other paths too, but i don’t want to present them now, cause i want to see more opinions on the revamp case. I really hope that Anet will make more teamwork based bosses for dungeons. Personally, i like boss encounters where you have to be successful as a team, and you need to work together, not just dps everything down. Hoping to see revamps like AC in the future!
