Hello, me and my family have a small guild, and our guild stash is all filled with goods that we all share. Recently however, some of us have not played as much, and when I went to check up on the bank, I noticed that it was all ransacked 1 week ago from today. Now the person in question basically quit the game, and he never gave away any passwords, so all I can assume is that his account was hacked, and the hacker has now taken all our hard work’s earnings. I guess what I am wondering is, is there any way Anet will track this person? If so, can we get any form of compensation? I understand that a lot of the fault rests upon us for trusting people with withdrawal permissions, but is there just anything you can do about it? Or are we forced to suck it up on account of our own fault.
