The bleed cap prevents condition builds from working together. People have suggested raising the cap or creating personal bleed stacks, however i suggest creating unique condition damagers.
Some examples:
Remove bleeding from the Necromancer and change it to Corruption.
Remove bleeding from Thieves and change is to Toxin.
Remove bleeding from Warriors and give them Wounding.
Rangers keep bleeding for themselves.
The idea is similar to personal bleeding caps but it makes each condition spec feel unique while creating wiggle room between specs.
