I’m a europe player, but can still log in, because I last played in an American district and the game automatically logs me into the US district. Trying to change to a European district also results in Error Code 13. Also, two of my friends whom I’ve been playing with the last few days have the same problem that most others here have. Is there any way to change the district you want to play in before actually logging into a character? By that European players could simply switch to the US/Asian/international servers.
