Guild Wars 2

Why is my warrior weak? I have full exotic gear with Power and Vitality and exotic weapons with them stats also.. would someone tell me why its so weak? or would someone show me a guide to what armor and weapons I should have???

So i am playing this game and i really enjoy it, but i have always enjoyed something to guide me through leveling paths, im only level 12 right now and just want to know what i should to do to get 80 i heard crafting is good until 30 right? So i would appreciate a small guide for evry 5 levels or so to get me started and what i should do!
