Anyone from NCSoft?
I ordered a Consortium Chest and paid for it, but I’m not getting it in my mail (tried deleting my entire mail box but no luck there either), I’m not hearing anything from Support, I’m not seeing it in my inventory or on my bank, and I can’t pick it up at my trading post.
This is getting slightly annoying to say the least, so someone help me out please.
Same problem here. I bought the chest and waited for 10 minutes at least. Not in mailbox, not in inventory and not at Trader’s Post. Help?
