Yes he did. He created a support ticket and linked all his info as needed. Went to log back into his support account and nothing. Went to get his support account password sent back to him and he gets the message

NO a gm did it. They changed your name because it is against the terms of service.
Probably because your name means L.S.D. also known as Lysergic acid diethylamide.
By using that name you had to know what it was. Surprised you were not banned for such an offense.
My friend was banned for nothing and has been discussed by a gm saying that his account should be released.
Now my friend cant even login to support tickets and do anything.
130226-000474 is the ticket number and here is what he told me his ticket says.

My friends account was banned and a gm reviewed it and said that it would be restored.
After viewing the ticket he went to login and cannot access anything.
When he tries to login to the game it is still showing him as banned.
