The face is one that they give you at the time of the character creation. They might have just changed the facial features dramatically to make it look like that, (wide bridge of the nose, ect). They also don’t really give you any special skin colors if you purchase a make over kit. So im going to have to say everything this character has is given to you at the start of your character creation. Every easy to replicate.
