So I test with a Mac Client and Window Client with the same ISP connection (Fastweb Italy) and I found out that this problem occured only on Windows client.

I resolve with log out and after log in and mail arrive.
I have problem at this quest. My quest Reconaissance tell me that I need see my mail. For error i delete this mail and now can’t continue my personal story quest.
Who can help me???
