I say we try and tell honestly we are Europeans but the complaint is about an American company. Might be handy to tell we launched it to support the complaints they already received from several Americans

I decided to head to Frostgorge Sound to gather mats while i waited for the Jormag event when my screen when black and get the error code when i try to log back in, saying my account have been terminated due to botting (with no warning)
plz look at my data I have done nothing wrong I don’t juse bots or macros I only play more then 12 houres in a day
I whas gathering mats en killing trolls that whas all en waithing for the Jormag event

I have been banned for about 24 hours and have yet to get a response to my ticket. I have come to believe that people are getting randomly banned around the dragon events. I was with 3 guildies in frostgorge waiting for jormag when we got banned for botting. I genuinely hope they are able to resolve these issues before the lost shores event as missing that event would be very frustrating to those of us who are wrongfully banned for botting.

Same happend allso to me at the dragon event

and now i em for no reason banned from gw2 I can not understand that how it can happed

The account closure is permanent." Is this what others are seeing when they are wrongly terminated? I really wouldn’t even know how to bot if I tried. At the time I was doing my personal story so I dont even know how someone would report me. Any help or advice aside from submitting a ticket would be greatly appreciated.
