That seems to be a bug for (nearly?) all pre recipes.

However, IMPORTANT: Don’t level your char to 450 just for that (way too expensive) -
You can buy another copy of the recipe for 10k karma at the legendary vendor.

Today I have completed the collections for the vol1 of storm.

Once you open the box containing the recipe, it states that you can do it with weapon smith 450 or huntsman lvl 450 or artificer lvl 450.
But when you learn this with a weapon smith you will have only the legendary inscription that will be unlocked but no other part of the recipe.
To see all of them you will have to see a crafting npc, learn artificer and then only you will see the other part of the recipe in the artificer station.

This is quite an inconvenient since my artificer and my weapon smith lvl 500 are two separate character.

The recipe should reflect the crafting discipline that needs to craft all the part, not every crafting discipline that can learn part of it.
