My first ticket was from 08/31/2012 which I closed. 120901-001243

Another ticket is from 09/02/2012 which I JUST opened again but I believe I missed the 5day+ email. 120903-002485

My most current ticket is 09/07/2012 Which is not old enough to receive the email. 120908-001074

Nobody has responded on any tickets.
Could you send an email or direct me in the right path?

I really like it when you pay for something and don’t actually get what you paid for. Whats the word for that… Maybe there was small print? Comes with free perma ban?

You expect players to stay positive when you tell them tickets are responded within 3 days… and instruct them to do so in a certain way to speed up the flow. After 10 days and not… Whats the point in even ranting its not like they already have your…

I’ve been permanently banned since 08/31/2012 and I’ve followed all the steps I could find about prioritizing and updating tickets and every 3 days I close and open a new ticket. But still no responses and I truly feel like GW2 staff is ignoring players.

I tried to log in one morning and it said I was banned for RMT and so I checked if any other IP had tried to access my account but nothing appeared.
