Can't get past load screen

Since 7/10 patch loading busy areas (LA, Mists, CS) I get stuck loading then eventually error code 7:11:3:189:101 on my main character.

My alt can play fine, including loading into LA. So I believe this is not an issue with my ISP (BT)

Attached is latest Game Advisor I had sent to Support.

I get stuck on my Guardian in Lion’s Arch or Mists. Other character can load fine into low level areas.

Only happens during peak times (european)

After speaking to support they recommended disabling Hamachi, that appeared to fix it but now it is back.
