These things take time to fix. I am sure they are working on it.

There seems to be a big problem across all games in the Oceania region.

I use Sword and Axe\Rifle as well, This is what I use:

I like it cause your able to just blast out some nice damage and crit-damage, very good when you focus in on an opponent. I would recommend that if you intend on using this build for WvW, in which I do, that you have a buddy fighting with you cause there is very little in the way of defense. You are quite squishy. You can try changing “For Great Justice” with “Shake it off!” to help with getting away from dire situations. You will be relying on your armor mostly for the defense it provides if your looking for survivability as most of it should give you boosts to your condition damage and power.

Basically, this build is for getting in, helping your mates dish out some serious damage and then getting out as quick as possible to get ready for another run in which your rifle then comes in handy.

I did recently change my traits to 30\25\5\0\10 to see how much longer I lasted in larger fights, it helped but only just.
