They terminated my account for payment fraud.
I didn’t cheat/bot/hack at all.
All I did was to buy the game from a non-official merchandise as many of us.
All I want is my character back to continue my progress.
I’ve already bought a physical copy of the game and I created a new account.
I opened a ticket too asking that but none answered.
Someone having the same experience? Any moderator can give somne advise?
Can my previous account be linked with my new one so I can continue where I left?

If you bought deluxe package from gem shop I see no reason to ask for serial key.
You just buy the deluxe items and that’s all
You don’t have any more benifits but the items and one special skill.
I mean that you dont need any serial key.

My serial key come from a physical copy but I had banned few days ago. The guy who sell it for me must have been break in ANET headquarter and stolen the CD.

It looks like nobody can buy Guild Wars 2…. you just have the honor to play it for few days if you pay… :P

I was thinking to buy the game one more time but if I am not sure that I will not be banned again for no reason I will not….
You will not find the sullotion for your problems if you don’t treat your customers the way you want to be treated.
You send a mass-mail to all tickets for the same reason and you don’t seem to check any of what I wrote to my ticket.
I asked for a question and the support closed my ticket because it was dublicated (as they said) but It wasn’t. I asked something and they just merged it with my previous question just because they didn’t gave some time to read it…
So you tell me how I can spend money again for you?
You want only few people to play your game? You want your project to fail?
Because that’s what most of us understand with that kind of treatment…

About 2 weeks ago I bought a cdkey from an online seller and 2 days now my account is suspended. I suspect there may be a problem with my cdkey.
If it is like that I am willing to buy a new cdkey from here, can I have my previous characters linked to the new account?

EG: The site I bought the cdkey wants a screeshot with a reply from the support telling the reason including the cdkey in it. Will i get a reply like that when all are finished?

It would be good if you (I mean the support team) just send us an answer that you recieved and reviewing the case instead of letting us wait 3+ days for an answer.
I have a friend that he don’t know how to use forums and stuff like that, but he managed to open a ticket. 10+ days now he have no answer for the reason his account been suspended…. If it wasn’t me he wouldn’t know that there is a “special” thread that you have to post your 3days-old ticket.
I mean, come on guys, I know that you have much work to do but at least give us a hit! Tell us the reason and how long we are going to wait and we will wait! But I dont think that we deserve that kind of treat as your customers…
We are not all bots and we are not all trying to cheat… the most of us just want to have some fun… and you take the fun out of it…

We will investigate each issue, but I’m going to say it again: A lot of the people making a fuss in this post are botters. They are taking up valuable time trying to get a reinstatement that is not going to happen.

If you are innocent of botting the team will help you.
