not resolved in anyway i cant belive u just make random assumptions..
New ticket is here 120919-008681 asking for a refund of game cba with support not helping in anyway.
NONE of my other acc is hacked… i have diablo 3 , wow etc playing with same passwords as GW 2 when i got “hacked”.
I truley beleive that every time (5times now) u open my account and i changed e-mails and passwords so many times, Its your FILTER that BANS MY ip not some hacker ones.

Wait, you got hacked 4 times in less than 2 weeks, and somehow its arenanets fault?
You didnt play wow as your last MMO by any chance?
Nop, was 4 years ago i played WoW, played mmo games for 13 years now never got my acc hacked before..

To start GG Arenanet….
Yes i got Hacked 12 days ago, made ticket. My account got opened after few days but got closed down after few hours. changed my pass.
Update ticket, Account opened after few days again. Closed down again after few hours.
Changed pass on ALL my accounts, e-mail accounts. full scan on computer. checked all processors thats running etc.
Update ticket, wait 1day, Got help to change my account to a fresh newly made e-mail that i also changed password and got Google autheticator for mobile on.
Now i got new mail on my account and (they send new password to old mail GG)
But still it got opened, few hours it got shut down again for unauthorized logg in.
Notice I NEVER got a mail about some1 try logg in to my account, Yes i have confirmed my e-mail on my new e-mail acc etc. I never got a e-mail saying my account got shut down again.
Ok so 4th time it got shut down i made ticket and got a gm to open it and with new password still sent to old mail. But this time the forgot to Open account since i had to update ticket again and got a “sorry i forgot” msg sayin its open now.
Every time they sent me a new password i changed it asap to hard one with big letters numbers and ¤#"“#%”#%“#¤!”%/&/ in it.
So last night i got to play 30 mins before i had to go to bed. Working all day got home
Trying to log in…. and yes what do u think it said .. unauthorized ppl may have been accesing your account.
So tell me what can I do from my point of view…. some of u gonna say format c… sure im gonna do that sometime but atm i don’t think its my fault this must be Arenanet side.
What yah think? am I way off here waiting 12 days to play a game i payed for.

11days now with help that u can cry over…..
just see last msg from GM “Very sorry. I locked your account so that anyone who had accessed your account couldn’t, but left the block on. My mistake. I’ve removed the block now. Please let me know if you have any further issues logging in.”
Haha?? And the good part?! I STILL CAN’T logg in, my acc is still suspended it says!
Yes i changed my pass 3 times, I changed my e-mail acc passwords.
I have scanned my computer for keyloggers etc.
I Got help from Arenanet to change my E-mail acc to a new one.
But still nothing help since they can’t open my account… 11days and counting…..

Logg in play 2 hours, go to work 10hours get home and logg in seeing Account is suspended.
So this means 8 days more of wating?

Assuming you updated your ticket or submitted a new one, what is your 12-digit incident number?
GaileGray by asking for ticket number i was assuming it would be looked in too?, or should i just go to sleep and tell my friends i wont be playing with them tonight either?

Please, for the love of Balthazar, if you didn’t create a brand new email account and create a unique password associated only for Guild Wars 2, do it.
Well should be enough change pass for my mails and GW2 acc also dooing full scan of computer… last way is reinstalling computer:)
