Hi, everyone! First of all I don’t know if I really need a guild or if any guild would want me at all. But I somehow feel like there is something missing in the game and that could maybe be a guild.
I started playing GW2 a good 2 months ago. So I am kind of a new player. But I spent a good amount of time ingame, so I am always willing to learn. I know I have room for improvement, but since I got a pressuring job and I am playing this game for fun and relaxation, it will take time. Don’t get me wrong: When I play, I want to be efficient and I want to win (kill ‘em all
) But I need to improve without pressure. So any hardcore guilds with mandatory raid and stuff like that is fine – but not for me.
I am on SFR and I will not transfer. So if your guild is not on SFR, don’t waste your time on me.
I am mostly interested in WvW and would like to test the waters in PvP, too. I occasionally do worldboss-events, but I don’t run dungeons or fractals.
So I am basically looking for some kind of relaxed, (more or less) casual and active PvX- or WvW/PvP-guild, I think.
I am clearly lacking experience regarding WvW and stuff, since I’ve had no luck with guilds in the game so far. So most of my time I am running/roaming somewhere in the mists/EOTM, doing this or that.
Some facts, so you maybe know better, if I could fit:
- 7 Chars Level 80 (all professions except engineer, all full exotic, at least one set), GW2 experience 2 months, experience in other MMOs since 2005
- currently ‘maining’ thief, playing necro and ele quite a lot
- 3300+ AP, WvW Rank 570+ (I know, numbers aren’t that important)
- languages: german (mothertongue), english – my spoken english is maybe a bit rusty but I think I am understable
- TS: I don’t want to permanently use TS (or other voice communications), but will if it is required due to the game or for chatting/socials reasons, but not all the time
I am strongly looking for some kind of an “ingame-home”. So I don’t want to guild-hop around once I have settled down and I do want to represent one guild. The size of the guild should be around ‘medium’, but this is not that important to me, as long as the chemistry is right. Since I am 30+ I would prefer a mature environment.
