Since they have revealed that we would be able to craft our way to 500 to obtain the rest of our ascended items, has the thought ever struck you that it would be real neat if we could;

Craft an ascended greatsword; namely Caladhog with cooking? I cannot really see what cooking would give us at 500 unless it is gonna be beefier food or food that gives us agony resistance. Then it doesn’t really have to be ascended either, just get available as a skin, really nice if through cooking

It uses the Norn greatsword, so there we have one ingredient off already, wouldn’t it be something if we could swing this around?

I mean, look at this thing, feast your eyes upon this beauty

I am the Guildmaster of Fjordwalkers, yet..

- I cannot edit the message of the day
- I cannot access the Guild vault – it says I don’t have it unlocked
- I cannot demote or promote members
- I cannot change what privileges a certain rank should be able to have
- I cannot put up build orders for banners or other upgrades
- I cannot edit our Guild logo

Why is this? It worked perfectly well yesterday, yet now.. I am unable to do anything, like the Guild doesn’t see me as the Guildmaster

EDIT: Everything seems to be working when I am inside The Mists, what is going on? Or well.. I haven’t checked the bank nor if I could change the logo, but I guess it would work

EDIT2: I have found a hotifx for my problem, you just have to be anywhere that is not Lion’s Arch – might be something to look into

I guess this has been suggested before, but I am not seeing a suggestion like this on the front page, so apologies if this is a 100th repost – I really feel like this is something Arena Net should look into

As you all may know, the price for Silver Doubloons are ridiculous, especially considering you don’t need them for anything other than crafting The Juggernaut

Reason enough for the cost .

At the same time there is no reasonable way to get 250 of them yourself without buying them for a ridiculous amount of gold

You cannot create them through a craft nor use the mystic forge to get them like you can get lodestones

Leveling from 1-80 I remember getting one silver doubloon, so the drop rates are not too great either

To cut to the chase, my suggestion is to allow jewelcrafters to transmorgify copper doubloons into silver doubloons – because this is beyond silly, there is no real efficient way of getting silver doubloons at all

Since it would not make sense to just be able to turn copper into silver and silver into gold, I’d say you should be able to turn gold into platinum too
