Incident: 121018-002710 6 Days so far…
My original ticket was posted on the 18th of october i got a reply stating my ticket would be escalated and somebody would be in touch as soon as possible on the 20th. And since then i havent heard a thing is it normal for issues to take this long to resolve with absoloutely no explanation or reason regarding the matter at hand ?

I have had my account blocked due to unaceptable behaviour apparently i have read what was and was not acceptable and i have done none of those things. The original date of my ticket was 18th of october. i waited almost 2 days for a response. which said that my ticket was being escalated to the payment review team and someone would be in touch as soon as possible. So far i havent had any further contact via email or through the suport acount section and its now the 22nd. Im left with no clue as to the reason i am blocked and unsure how long i will have to wait. Do suport members/payment review teams not work weekends ? as this would explain the huge delay. any further help with this matter would be greatly apreciated.

i have been wrongfully blocked / suspended and after waiting nearly 2 days for a reply got a ticket saying they are escalating my ticket and would be in touch as soon as possible and so far 2 days later still no more responses no idea why and for what just that it was unaceptable behaviour i read everything they consider to be unaceptable and i have done none of those things all i can do i guess is wait and hope they will eventually reply in reasonable timeframe ….
