Guild Wars 2

Hello, today I just recieved my old account info from NCsoft support for my old account which I recovered, I logged onto the account, everything is still there and good to go. Went to my GW2 account, and clicked the “Link Account” feature, then entered in my old info clicked “Link” then poof… this message keeps appearing…

What does this mean?! I searched the forums for this issue, other people are getting the same error!
