Rangers get a new pet? I thought they only introduced new minis.

Yeah, they will sometimes introduce a new pet for rangers. The last event introduced a new one, the Reef Drake, which can be obtained from the new map, Southsun Cove.

Personally, I’d like to see a Dolphin to compliment our new frogmen buffs

TBH, people have been able to purchase items from vendors then sell them on the TP from the beginning. Take the Runes of Holding from the crafting vendors. These aren’t account/soulbound and are regularly on the TP for >50s more than it costs from the vendor.

I don’t really see this as an exploit or bug, just people taking advantage of other’s short-sightedness.
