I live in US Central and have a pretty decent 15mbs download and 9mbs upload, I play on EU server Gunnar’s Hold, and it has been very stable for the whole 7 months I’ve been on it.
But recently I’ve been getting frequent lag spikes at insane intensity and rate. I have not been able to do dungeons all week long. I simply lag out to the character select. The frequency and intensity have become much more pronounced since the release of Seeds of Truth patch.
Just this morning I was attempting Arah with a few friends (3 man run) and we all disconnected after 3 bosses and the instance was not saved hence losing all our progress.
Please note that any other online game functions perfectly fine with ping as low as 20ms but GW2 seems to be struggling.
I should mention that the game did offer to run the “repair” functionality a few days ago, did not read the whole thing and instead let it do it’s thing.

Tide of Wrath [ToW] [GH] – Friendly and relaxed PvX
Tide of Wrath is a small size guild in Gunnar’s Hold seeking more active and friendly players.
Our guild runs bounty hunt, guild trek, and guild rush once a week at the weekends.
We try to hold on to the guild raid until maximum players are online that day.
The guild consists of new players to the franchise as well as veterans from Guild Wars 1
so we expect civil and mature behavior in the guild chat channel in-game.
We do expect a minimum of 90% representation of our member and wish you treat ToW as your main guild.
Tide of Wrath mainly communicates through in-game chat, teamspeak during weekend raids and also forums.
We do have a “Lottery” event that draws one winner once a month, details available on the guild forum.
Many members have map completion on multiple characters so helping new players make progress
is a very reasonable request.
Some members run dungeon tours daily, some play PvP extensively, and some never leave WvW maps.
We also offer various ranks and chance for promotion to all our members given that they prove themselves.
