I reupdated but my lion market is still not loading. What did you do to get it to work with the update, or rather how did you get it to update hienvan? and mikeew yes I realized that is what you were getting at and agree with you.

I just opened GW2 client this morning then It started to update.
If you didn’t get it to update, you can do it manually by download this:
http://cider.ncplatform.net/Live/GWII-Update-009741.tgzAfter downloading the patch, manually unpack it by double-clicking. You should find “GWII-Update-009741.tgz” after it finishes extracting. Open this app, and when asked point it to you GW2 client. If you are getting a message: “GWII-Update-009741.tgz” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer”, you must allow third party apps in your System Preferences->Security & Privacy->“Allow apps downloaded from anywhere”
After the update is completed, try launching the game client.
