Guild Wars 2

Ok, I can replay Attack Plan and talk to Rox to get the phantasmal residue on my characters that didn’t get it but, the first character that I took through on release day didn’t get the seed. How do I get it?

The Steel Tide>Use the tank to stop the counterattack

I’ve tried this twice.
I can not control the tank.
When I enter the tank, I lose control of the camera.
When I enter the tank, the turret is either pointing 90deg to the right or 90deg to the left, from forward.
Rotating the turret kicks me out of the tank.
Firing the tank, kicks me out of the tank.

I don’t kbow if I should be able to drive the tank but I can’t.
